OACP recently experienced a server and hosting company upgrade that has effected some of the current programs that we were using on the website. With the growth of our subscriptions on our server, we must adapt and grow with new software that allows us to expand our services and to allow more secure programs and interactive software. OACP apologizes for any downtime or unavailable services that you may experience within the next week as we upgrade to new software and programs.
Officer Shannon Lee Fredman was laid to rest on February 17, 2010 following his passing last Thursday.
Shannon was off-duty Thursday night when a fellow officer who hadn’t heard from him went to his home and made the discovery. Brown said investigators believe he had been deceased several hours.
In efforts to help the officer’s family, the Shannon Fredman benefit fund has been established at BancFirst in McLoud.
